  • How fast can you help if my WordPress site is broken?

    Quick jobs (30 minutes or less) typically turn around the same business day. Larger projects get a written quote within 2 hours of request during business hours. If your site is down or compromised, say so when you submit — we triage those first.

  • Do I need to be an existing client?

    No. We support sites we built and sites we didn't — as long as it's WordPress. Many of our support clients came to us after their original developer disappeared or the agency they were with stopped returning calls.

  • How does time-block billing work?

    You buy a block of time (30 min, 1 hr, or custom) up front. We draw against it for the work you request. Unused time stays on your account. No retainer, no minimum monthly commitment, no surprise invoices.

  • Can you recover a hacked or compromised site?

    Yes. We clean malware, restore from a clean backup if available, patch the vulnerability that let it in, and harden the site against recurrence. Recovery is typically a Project Block billed against a firm quote after assessment.

  • Do you offer monthly care plans?

    Yes. Monthly care plans start at $49/month and cover core/plugin/theme updates, security monitoring, backups, uptime monitoring, and priority support. Care plans include a small amount of hands-on support time each month at no extra charge.

  • Do you support sites on other platforms (Squarespace, Wix, Shopify)?

    We specialize in WordPress and don't take on ongoing support for other platforms. For Squarespace/Wix/Shopify, we can consult or assist with a redesign to WordPress if that makes sense for your business.
